Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of spa treatments to high professional standards.
• Provide warm, intuitive and personalised service to guests.

• Upsell treatments and retail products naturally.
• Collaborate with the wider spa and hotel team.
• Support smooth daily operation of spa facilities.
