Job summary

Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of the Exclusive Collection, is seeking a Freelance Reformer Pilates Instructor to lead engaging sessions in a state-of-the-art studio for spa members, hotel guests, and wellness clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor with a recognised industry certification.
• Current first aid qualification is desirable.
• Proven experience delivering Reformer Pilates in larger group settings.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement principles, and exercise programming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, and confident in creating a luxury client experience.
• Freelance status and insurance cover.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, engaging, and effective Reformer Pilates classes for a range of abilities.
• Provide individual guidance, exercise modifications, and support to participants where required.
• Ensure all sessions are conducted in line with industry best practices and safety standards.
• Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive class environment.
• Maintain Pilates equipment and studio areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Build strong relationships with members, guests, and colleagues, delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
• Promote the benefits of Pilates and support the wider wellness offering within the spa.
