Harvester is recruiting a Part Time Sous Chef to lead a section and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You will work to train and supervise the kitchen team while delivering great food and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
