Harvester in Aylesbury is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who loves great food and leading a team. You will run a section, train staff, and step up in the absence of the Head Chef to keep service smooth.

You’ll work with branded menus, ensure hygiene standards, and support food ordering and stock control. The role offers progressive opportunities and a competitive salary with staff discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role preferred.
• Ability to lead and train a team in a busy kitchen.
• Competence in managing stock and ordering within a branded menu.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
