Job summary

Three Hammers, part of Ember Inns and Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef who is passionate about great food and leading a team. You will run a section and be ready to step up in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring consistency and high standards.

You will support the Head Chef with ordering, preparation and stock control, and you’ll work within a branded menu. Expect flexible shifts and opportunities to progress with funded qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen and ability to lead a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
