Job summary

Wilson Vale is seeking a talented Sous Chef for a part-time role in a modern TV/film production space in Manchester. You will work 22.5 hours across Mon-Wed, 7am–3pm, supporting breakfast and lunch service for around 200 meals daily and events as needed.

You’ll collaborate with the Chef Manager, lead a small team, and uphold high standards with fresh ingredients and baking. The role emphasizes pride in food, creativity, and staying current with trends.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef in professional kitchens.
• Ability to lead a small team.
• Proficient in baking and working with fresh ingredients.
• Willingness to work 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and prep.
• Assist in cooking breakfast and lunch service.
• Lead and support a small kitchen team.
