Old Moat House is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, training teams and delivering smiles to guests. You will run a section and lead the team in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring a cohesive kitchen operation.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving great food and training great people.
• Experience leading kitchen teams preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Drive team to meet targets.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Support Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control.
• Work confidently on a branded menu.
• Lead Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
