Job summary

Jericho is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef to join the Castle Pubs group. You will lead a section, train your team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed, driving a great dining experience for guests.

You’ll manage food preparation, ordering, and stock while ensuring brand standards and hygiene compliance. The role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for progression within Mitchells & Butlers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and ensuring high hygiene standards.
• Ability to train staff and maintain branded menu standards.
• Experience with food ordering and stock management.

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Part Time Sous Chef atthe Jericho, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
