Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Helensburgh (G84 8ES) is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef to join the Commodore team within Vintage Inns. You will lead a section, train a kitchen team, and step up in the absence of the Head Chef while delivering great food in a warm, pub-style setting.

As a Part Time Sous Chef at the Commodore, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
