Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Oxford is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef to lead a section in the Jericho pub, driving quality and consistency.

You will train and inspire the kitchen team, assist the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards. Flexible shifts, staff discounts, and progression opportunities are on offer.

• Experience as a sous chef or senior kitchen role.
• Able to lead a kitchen team and manage a branded menu.
• Committed to health and hygiene regulations.
