Job summary

Confidential, a growing renewable energy company, is seeking a Part-Time Administrator (Solar) in the Penrith area. The role offers 24 hours across 3 days per week and a pro rata salary around £35,000 with training, flexible working and enhanced pension after 12 months.

You will manage customer communications, coordinate installation schedules, and handle CRM-driven workflows while supporting administrative tasks across domestic and commercial solar projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Joblogic CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer records, job workflows and project information using Joblogic CRM.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, customer inquiries and general correspondence.
• Coordinate solar PV installation schedules, engineer appointments and project activities.
• Prepare quotations, reports, documents and customer communications.
