Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is assisting a Poole-based renewables employer to recruit an Admin Solar Installations coordinator. The role covers admin tasks for solar installs and portal management for Flexi-ORB, MCS, HEIS and Pas 2030.

You will ensure paperwork is uploaded on time, documents meet high standards, and client portals are kept up to date. Salary ranges from £37,500 to £42,500, with training, progression and company benefits. Commute to Poole is expected.

Qualifications

• Administration background.
• Familiar with renewables systems like MCS, Flexi-ORB, HEIS or Pas 2030.
• Commutable distance to Poole.

Responsibilities

• Manage portal systems to upload relevant documents needed for solar installations.
• Liaise with team members to ensure paperwork is submitted on time.
• Check all relevant documents are finished to the highest standard.
• Manage relevant customer portals are kept up to date.
