Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB is hiring a Part-Time Administrator (Solar) in Penrith, Cumbria. 24 hours over 3 days a week, with a £35,000 pro rata salary, training and flexible benefits.

You will manage customer records and installation schedules using Joblogic CRM, handling enquiries and coordinating projects across domestic and commercial solar installations. The role focuses on administration, scheduling coordination and clear customer communication to support a growing renewable energy business

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Joblogic CRM preferred.
• Organised with ability to manage schedules and communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer records, job workflows and project information using Joblogic CRM.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, customer enquiries and general correspondence.
• Coordinate solar PV installation schedules, engineer appointments and project activities.
• Prepare quotations, reports, documents and customer communications.
