Job summary

LN‑CC in Dalston, London is seeking a fashion‑forward Showroom Assistant to support daily showroom operations, elevate client experience and nurture connections with the local creative community. This part‑time role (8 hours, flexi) covers opening/closing, managing online orders and in‑store client interactions, visual merchandising, stock handling and POS transactions, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Previous showroom experience or sales role preferred.
• Background in fashion, retail or showroom environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Showroom Operations: support opening/closing, manage daily showroom flow and stock presentation.
• Client Experience & Clientelling: deliver personalised service and build client relationships.
• Product & Brand Knowledge: stay updated on brand mix and fashion trends to assist styling.
• Team Collaboration & Initiative: work with the team to improve service, layout and events.
• Community & Footfall Growth: assist in local events and partnerships to grow showroom traffic.
