Job summary

Steven Eagell Group in Watford is seeking a part-time Showroom Host to be the first point of contact for customers, welcoming visitors and handling inquiries in a fast-paced showroom. You will present a professional image, deliver outstanding service, and set the customer experience benchmark.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, enjoys meeting people, and is organised with IT systems. A full UK driving licence is required, with benefits including a generous leave policy and pension

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar preferred.
• Good general education (GCSE English & Maths preferred).
• Organised and proactive with IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom visitors and handle inquiries, setting the benchmark for the customer experience.
• Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the team by using IT systems to log enquiries and assist customers.
