Job summary

Lloyd Volkswagen Carlisle, part-time Showroom Host, is seeking a friendly, professional individual to greet customers, answer calls and emails, and assist with showroom administration. The role requires a smart appearance and excellent customer service skills.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 13:00–18:00 with holiday cover as needed. Salary is £12.75 per hour, with benefits including annual leave, cycle to work, and training opportunities within a leading UK car retailer group.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom or retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT literate and comfortable using basic software and devices.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in the showroom.
• Answer calls and emails in a timely, friendly manner.
• Assist with admin tasks and in-store operations.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part timeShowroom Hostto join the busy team at ourLloyd Volkswagenretailer in Carlisle.

Salary: £12.75

Hours: Monday – Friday 13:00 – 18:00 (Holiday cover will also be required)

Role responsibilities

Working in a busy retail showroom environment, the Host will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers face to face in the showroom, communicating with customers over the telephone / via email and also some administrative duties.

The successful candidate must be professional, friendly, sociable, customer focused, organised and IT literate. You must also be immaculately presented and have exceptional customer service skills.
