The Rose & Crown, part of Vintage Inns, is looking for a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, serve tables and guide a small team at our Sevenoaks site. You’ll help run the daily operations with a passion for great service.

You’ll train team members, ensure cleanliness and safety, and model excellent hospitality in a busy pub setting. If you enjoy a lively guest experience and teamwork, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a small team and train staff.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
