Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations, host guests, and confidently lead a team on shift.

You will act as a shift leader, support training, and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervision or team leadership.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong emphasis on cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as a host and leading your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for your teams.
• Support training and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.
