Miller & Carter in Rickmansworth is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team on shift. You’ll train staff, model great service, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred.
• Ability to train and develop team members to maintain service standards.
• Strong communication and guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day site operations, greet guests and support the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for team training.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and service standards on shift.
