Mitchells & Butlers' Miller & Carter - Rickmansworth is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and deliver great service with a focus on training and standards.

You'll join a brand known for steak mastery, participate in our 3-day Steak School, and enjoy flexible shifts, dining discounts across our brands, Wagestream access, pension and 28 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team and delivering consistent service.
• Strong communication skills and guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day running of the site, hosting guests and confidently leading your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for training and development.
• Oversee service standards, cleanliness and safety on shift.
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
