Job summary

Miller & Carter - Rickmansworth is looking for a Part Time Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations, welcome guests, serve diners, and lead the team with a focus on great service and safety.

You’ll join a strong team with perks like flexible shifts, dining discounts, Wagestream access, pension and holidays, plus training through Steak School to develop leadership and guest-experience excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing role and team leadership.
• Passion for great service and training people.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: hosting guests, serving, and confidently leading your team.
