Job summary

Miller & Carter - Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and maintain the highest standards of service and cleanliness. You’ll play a key role in training colleagues and acting as a confident host during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail; customer-focused with leadership potential.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Be a shift leader.
• Train and develop team members to deliver consistent service.
