Mitchells & Butlers PLC, at the Ship pub in Paignton, is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team with a passion for great service. You’ll train staff, manage shifts and help maintain clean, safe standards while delivering a warm, friendly experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail environments preferred.
• Able to train and guide a team to deliver great guest service.
