The Kings Head - EPPING, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is recruiting a Part Time Shift Supervisor. You’ll welcome guests, serve with warmth and lead a small team to keep standards high and guests coming back.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as a host and serving guests while confidently leading your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for your colleagues.
• Help train team members and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Contribute to delivering great service and a warm, welcoming environment.
