Job summary

Red Cow in Kirby Muxloe (Vintage Inns, part of Mitchells & Butler’s pub group) is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor. You’ll welcome guests, deliver friendly service and help train a team to keep guests returning.

As shift leader you’ll run daily operations, model high standards of cleanliness and safety, supervise colleagues, and support managers. The role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, Wagestream access, pension and 28 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/service experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and teamwork.
• Able to motivate and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site as host and team lead.
• Act as shift leader and role model for colleagues.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
