Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Shift Supervisor at the Broughton Inn to welcome guests with warmth, drive excellent service, and train your team to perform at their best.

You'll help steer day-to-day operations, supervise shifts, role-model training, and maintain cleanliness and safety. As part of Mitchells & Butlers you gain pension, 28 days’ holiday, staff discounts across brands, free shares, and Wagestream access.
