Job summary

Toby Carvery - Snaresbrook is looking for a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a small team and ensure excellent service. You’ll train staff and maintain cleanliness and safety standards, playing a key role in daily site operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Willingness to train and develop staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as a host, serving guests and confidently leading your team.
