Job summary

Toby Carvery in Aintree is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, lead a friendly team and ensure smooth service during busy shifts. You will oversee daily operations and help create a memorable dining experience.

You’ll train colleagues, maintain cleanliness and safety, and support guests throughout their visit. The role offers flexible shifts and generous staff discounts across our brands, plus pension and holiday entitlements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver friendly, responsive guest service.
• Experience coaching and training team members.
• Capable of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
