Toby Carvery – Metro Centre in Gateshead is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and train colleagues within a lively, customer-focused environment.

You’ll help run shifts, role model best practice, maintain cleanliness and safety, and ensure every guest enjoys a great dining experience at Mitchells & Butlers venues.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: host guests and lead your team
• Be a shift leader and role model for training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Support the team to deliver consistent service
