Toby Carvery East Hunsbury is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a dedicated team across shifts. You’ll be a confident host, guiding the team to deliver great service and train colleagues to uphold our standards.

As a shift leader, you’ll role-model best practices, help with training, and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the site. Join a friendly, fast-paced team that loves great roasts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality or retail setting.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site and greet guests.
• Lead and motivate the shift team.
• Coach team members and drive performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety on shift.
