Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor at the Barnt Green Inn to lead a team, welcome guests and ensure excellent service across premium pubs. The role emphasizes training, performance and a friendly, high-standard guest experience.

You’ll be part of a brand known for premium food and drink, with flexible shifts and a supportive team culture, focused on delivering memorable visits for every guest.
