Job summary

De Hems Dutch Cafe Bar is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor in London to help run daily operations, greet guests, and guide the team to deliver exceptional service.

You will lead by example, train staff, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards across the site, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team

• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
