Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited operates Premium Country Pubs. The Green Man in Cambridge is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and deliver great service.

You will train colleagues, maintain cleanliness and safety, and help run the site on a day-to-day basis. The role focuses on hosting, serving guests and modelling your team.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
