Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a part‑time Shift Supervisor for The Mitre. You’ll welcome guests, help run the site and lead a team focused on delivering excellent service with a warm, friendly approach.

You’ll train colleagues, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and play a key role in making every guest feel valued. Flexible shifts, staff discounts and other benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Customer‑facing experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team during shifts.
• Willingness to train and develop staff.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Part of day‑to‑day site operations as host and server.
