Mitre is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and deliver warm hospitality across Nicholson’s pubs. The role emphasizes great service, staff development and a positive, engaging team environment.

You will be part of a friendly pub team, supporting training, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards while providing a welcoming guest experience. Flexible shifts, staff discounts and benefits accompany the role.

As Part Time Shift Supervisor at the Mitre, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
