Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Banbury is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a small team and help deliver consistent, friendly service.

As Shift Supervisor you’ll host guests, supervise shifts, coach colleagues, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.
