Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor at Miller & Carter - Hockley Heath in the UK. You will help run daily operations, host guests, and lead a team while upholding high standards of service, cleanliness and safety.

You’ll train staff, act as a role model, and contribute to a welcoming venue experience for every guest. The role emphasizes teamwork and a passion for great service.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented
• Team leadership and supervision
• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred
