Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Shirley is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to help run the site, welcome guests, and lead a front-of-house team with a focus on service and safety.

You will train staff, maintain high standards, and enjoy benefits including staff discounts, pension, paid holidays, shares, and Wagestream.
