Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor for the Red Lion, Vintage Inns. You will help run daily operations, welcome guests, and lead a team to deliver great service in a warm, welcoming pub setting.

You’ll train staff, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and act as a role model for the team. The role emphasizes flexible shifts and hospitality excellence within a friendly pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest service preferred.
• Ability to lead and train a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader.
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
