Job summary

Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Scheme Manager on an 8 week contract situated in Warrington. This part-time role covers a Sheltered Scheme in central Warrington, working 20 hours per week, 4-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

The Independent Living Officer will provide a frontline service to residents, manage compliance, support residents with income issues, carry out health and safety checks, and undertake risk assessments and void management. An Enhanced DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing or social care.
• Enhanced DBS check or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and frontline service skills.
