Job summary

Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Sheltered Housing Officer on a 1 month contract situated in Chester. This will involve covering a Sheltered Scheme in Chester and delivering frontline services to residents.

Role as Sheltered Manager will involve: Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme; Managing Compliance processes; Supporting residents with Income issues; Completing Health and Safety checks; Morning Calls; Support Plans; Risk Assessments; Managing voids.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing or social care is required.
• Capable of completing health and safety checks.
• Experience providing frontline housing support and income assistance.
