Job summary

Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Independent Living Officer on a 2 month contract based in Trafford. The role covers two sheltered schemes in the area, delivering frontline support and ensuring scheme compliance.

You will manage income matters, health and safety checks, risk assessments and support plans, with duties including morning calls and void management. Social housing or social care experience and an Enhanced DBS check are essential.

The role as Sheltered Manager will involve:

• Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme
• Managing Compliance processes
• Supporting residents with Income issues
• Completing Heath and Safety checks
• Morning Calls
• Support Plans
• Risk Assessments
• Managing voids

Due to the nature of this role you must have Social Housing/or Social Care experience
