Position: Part Time Service Administrator
Job Type: Part Time
Location: Manchester, UK
Hours: 20 Hours a week. Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 5pm. Please note Monday must be a working day, we can be flexible with the other days to be worked.
Location: Office based on Oxford Road Manchester City Centre. Please note these roles are within our Document Management Centre and although will be on a Hybrid Contract the work undertaken in this team will be Office based.
Our Operations Team requires an additional administrator to work within our Life and Pension division. The role will involve processing and entering phone/paper enquiries related data into the computer, handling customer service inquiries and problems via phone, paper, and mail. You will be required to be flexible to work across all back-office teams if support is required. Full training will be provided.
