Marketing Yeah! in Witney, Oxfordshire, is hiring an SEO Specialist to own organic search across our client portfolio. This broad, hands-on role covers technical SEO, link acquisition and content optimisation, with close collaboration to our Web Developer and copywriter.

You’ll join a focused weekly channel meeting and work in a hybrid pattern with a core in-office day. The part-time position is 22.5 hours weekly (Mon–Fri 9:30–14:30).

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SEO across multiple sites/clients.
• Fluent with Screaming Frog, Semrush or Ahrefs, GA4, Search Console and Tag Manager.
• Ability to speak precisely with a developer and brief them on needs.
• Proven link-building or digital PR experience.
• Clear, jargon-free communication style.

Responsibilities

• Own organic search strategy and performance across the client portfolio.
• Run in-depth technical audits and turn findings into prioritised tickets.
• Collaborate with Web Developer to implement fixes and improve crawlability.
• Lead local SEO for multi-location clients and optimise Google Business Profiles.
• Drive content optimisation and oversee link acquisition campaigns.
