Marketing Yeah! in Witney, Oxfordshire is seeking a part-time Web Developer to own WordPress sites across client portfolio. You will build, maintain and improve fast, SEO-friendly sites, reporting to the Agency Director and collaborating with SEO and Paid Media specialists.

The role supports AI-powered workflows to speed delivery while preserving quality. The role fits 22.5 hours per week, with core office day Monday and hybrid work the rest.

Qualifications

• 5+ years WordPress development experience.
• Experience with multi-site or agency environments.
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and site speed.
• Familiarity with GTM and dataLayer for analytics.
• Experience integrating APIs and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain WordPress sites for multiple clients.
• Optimize performance, accessibility and SEO readiness.
• Manage hosting, DNS, staging, backups and security.
• Implement tracking and conversions with GTM/dataLayer.
• Collaborate with SEO and Paid Media teams on solutions.
• Develop internal tools and AI-powered automations.
