Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist/Supervisor (Band 7) for a 12-month fixed term or secondment in Bodmin. The role combines clinical CBT delivery with supervision responsibilities within the adult mental health community services.

The post offers part-time hours (22.5 per week) and a salary between £49,387 and £56,515 per annum, with NHS benefits and career development opportunities. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified High Intensity CBT Therapist with BABCP accreditation and specialist CBT knowledge to master's level.
• Experience as a CBT therapist with competencies in adult community mental health.
• Willingness to undertake CBT supervisor training and maintain professional registration.

Responsabilités

• Provide CBT to clients across adult community mental health services and offer consultation to non-CBT colleagues.
• Clinically supervise Trainee CBT Therapists and Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners.
• Support leadership and development within a trauma-informed, person-centred team.
