Job summary

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced CBT therapist to join the East Sussex CAMHS as a Band 8a preceptorship/lead role. You will provide CBT to children and young people, supervise a growing CBT workforce and contribute to leadership across the service.

The post requires BABCP accreditation or HCPC registration with CBT specialization, plus supervision/training experience, in a dynamic CAMHS setting.

Qualifications

• Recognised BABCP accreditation for CBT therapists.
• Professional registration with HCPC is required.
• Experience in supervision and teaching/training within CAMHS.

Responsibilities

• Provide CBT therapy, assessment and formulation within CAMHS.
• Offer supervision and leadership to the CBT workforce across Sussex CAMHS.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary care and governance within SPFT CAMHS.
• Contribute to training, teaching and service development initiatives.
