Job summary

University of Leicester is seeking a Senior Administrator to support the Knowledge Mobilisation (KM) and Research Capacity Development (RCD) programmes within the NIHR ARC East Midlands. The role provides operational leadership across administration, stakeholder engagement, reporting, communications, digital content management, data governance and events, working with the Head of KM/RCD.

• NVQ Level 3 or A-Levels with related experience.
• Experience in a senior administrative or secretarial role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide programme administration for KM and RCD activities.
• Coordinate communications with trainees, alumni and external partners.
• Produce reports and impact data for projects and programmes.
• Support recruitment and induction activities for staff and trainees.
• Promote and disseminate training resources and research outputs.
