Dovetail And Slate Ltd. is seeking a Foundation Learning Lecturer to work with Pre-Entry SEND learners in East London on a part-time, temporary basis, starting September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Foundation Learning for SEND learners is essential.
• Ability to support communication, independence and life skills.
• Understanding EHCP processes and person-centred approaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Pre-Entry learners.
• Support learners with communication, independence and life skills.
• Develop learning around individual needs and EHCP outcomes.
• Monitor and assess learner progress.
• Support positive behaviour and learner engagement.
• Collaborate with Learning Support Assistants and other professionals.
• Contribute to progression and review planning.
