You will provide consistent one-to-one learning support in a welcoming primary school environment, helping with development and engagement throughout the day.

The role offers market-leading pay with daily rates of £85.50–£92.63 and a supportive onboarding process from a team of consultants.

The school is looking to take on a part-time Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis for the foreseeable future. The successful Teaching Assistant will work one-to-one with a child in a Year 4 class, providing consistent support with their learning, development and engagement in the classroom.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children with additional learning needs / ALN
• Experience providing one-to-one support
• Experience supporting children within a primary school setting
• A patient and supportive approach
• Strong communication skills
• A positive and adaptable attitude
